2. Description of Service
The Art Toolkit provides digital web tools for artists, galleries, offspaces, writers, and creatives. Tools include portfolio generators, invoice tools, floorplan designers, and more. Features vary by subscription plan.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. User Content
You retain all rights to content you upload. By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, upload malicious content, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Art Toolkit is provided “as is”. We make no warranties regarding uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
